NYLX's XML pricing platform gathers best execution results and data information from the same database and methods as our other products. What's unique about the XML interface is the features, results, and display are 100 percent customizable based on how you need to display the data. Maintaining your specific set of features of functionality is important. Some of the most important features the XML interface includes are:

Lender / Program Assignments
Assignment of the lenders, programs, lock periods, and other settings for the pricing in the XML system are configurable. Based on the type of implementation, the XML pricing can be customized by changing settings in various ways. All settings are configurable by user, branch, or globally by account.

Program Specific Pricing
If you have a short list of programs you would like the end user to be using, you can display a list of programs by lender. This will bypass the system's default role of pricing and price only the selected product.

Pricing Options
Qualification and loan-specific query options can target the best-execution results to a specific type of program. In addition to the standing loan transaction attributes, specific options are available including: interest only, prepayment penalty periods, waiver of escrow options, amortization, occupancy, doc type, MI options, lien position types, and more.

Formatted and Raw Data Response
NYLX will generate a formatted HTML response back to your system. This is our standard output. This output can be used as your response type as it is sent to you or even used as a baseline template to be customized future. For a complete custom results output the raw XML data for the results is also provided.

Lender Fees
Maintaining a specific profit margin with each loan can be achieved by monitoring lender fees. Based on the product category and the loan amount range, lender fees can be set to display on the rate of each loan and the lender fees needed to ensure the loan stays within the desired margin. The XML pricing will analyze and display the results of the lender fees required as part of the standard output and raw data set.

Alias Lender and Product Names
Users can customize the lender and product information that is maintained inside LoanDecisions. By managing this information, you can easily brand or change the output that is displayed to the end user.

Loan Registration in LoanDecisions
Each loan request that is sent to the XML pricing system is registered inside LoanDecisions. This allows you to re-query the same loan for results on subsequent requests, in addition to having a record of the loan and information inside LoanDecisions to use with the Lead Distribution system.

Lead Distribution
Each loan that is priced in the XML system is registered and can be managed in the lead distribution system. The system displays all of the loans priced and all data attributes of the loan in a pipeline format, and offers the ability to assign that loan to different users in the LoanDecisions system. Loans can also be exported to any of our different integration partners.

Lender Ranking
For each best-execution result in the XML pricing output, a subsequent request for lender ranking will show all of the other available lenders that had a qualifying product for that specific rate.

Price Adjusters
Price, rate, and margin adjustments to the loan that created the final net adjusted price can be viewed on a subsequent request.

Loan and Program Details
Details for any of the best execution results can be called on a subsequent request. The details include the lender, program, and loan attribute information.
