Evaluate table formatted lists that provide volume and activity information, with breakouts by transaction type, product mix, product category, occupancy type, property type, credit score, documentation type and product type.
Most Active Investors
Find out which investors are generating the most activity with a view that provides volume and pricing information for only those investors that have activity for the day. Analytic information is available for a specific investor, and breaks out the total volume and pricings across categories such as transaction type, product mix, product category, occupancy type, property type, credit score, documentation type and product type.
Most Active Products
Determine which products are most frequently being originated on the market. The Most Active Products view provides volume and pricing information for only those products that have activity for the day.
The Daily Market Activity section of the NYLX Exchange displays
real-time volume and pricing information aggregated from NYLX’s various user
interfaces.
Activity statistics are divided into sections by transaction type, occupancy type,
product mix, product category, property type, FICO score, and documentation
type.
The NYLX Exchange Data is updated every 5 minutes. Data is compiled from 12:00 am EST to 11:59 pm EST.

PRX Index
The PRX Index (purchase/refinance) graphically displays the daily
market sentiment. A valve above 100 means the market sentiment is weighted more on purchase
transactions while a value below 100 means the market sentiment is weighted more on refinancing.

The FRX Index (fixed rate) graphically displays the percentage of total volume on the NYLX that represents fixed rate product type transactions.

real-time volume and pricing information for only those investors that have
activity for the day.
Analytic information for each investor is available by clicking on the
“Analytics” button. Investor volume and pricings activity stats are divided into
sections by product type, transaction type, product mix, product category,
occupancy type, property type, fico score, and documentation type.
The Most Active Products section of the NYLX Exchange Activity provides real-time volume and pricing information for each mortgage product that has activity for the day.
Allocation data for each product type is available by clicking on the "Allocation" button. The product type allocation will display the aggregated amount of loans available for each investor and the product type disbursement across each state.
